What's the deal?
This is my personal website and I'm happy to produce and to share its content with you. You might view this informal text as my terms of service. I'd rather make things clear now than to alienate visitors when our assumptions differ on what our mutual responsibilities are.
In places where visitors can post comments, comments remain their own and I claim only a limited licence to republish them verbatim. Any topic is welcome but I, or a moderator, can act if the civility of the debate seems lacking. All actions will be handled on a case by case basis. The goal of the comment system is to enable visitors to share their view and ideas. Spam, trolls and insults don't contribute to this and such items will be removed without appeal.
Don't get me in trouble. You believe in Free Speech and you think that you should be allowed to post torrents of content that should have went in the public domain a long time ago. So do I. But law enforcement is not collaborative these days and I will remove content that I see as potentially illegal. If you own content that appears on this website without your consent, contact me and I will take appropriate actions promptly.
I enjoy sharing stuff on the Web but bandwidth is not free yet and I run adds to cover some of my expenses. I will not run annoying adds, be it pop-ups, heavy animations, or sound enabled ads. In return, I appreciate if don't block advertisements, even though I undestand that some publishers with less ethics could have burnt your trust and that it could feel very unnatural to you to white-list a site in Ad-block.
There are contact informations on this Web site. Those are not meant for unsolicited offers. I know you have a really good deal on penis enlargement pills, but I happen to have a sufficiently large penis already, just as any person with his contact somewhere on this website.
